Rawbought Gift Cards are redeemable only for merchandise sold on our website at www.rawbought.com. No fees of any kind will be charged against the unused balance of Rawbought Gift Cards. Gift cards can be used for six (6) months from the date of delivery.

Rawbought Gift Card will not be converted to cash upon expiry. Strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date of delivery will be allowed.

You can view your Rawbought Gift Card balance when making a purchase. On the checkout page, select Rawbought Gift Card as a payment option and enter your card details. Your card balance would be shown thereafter.

No refunds are permitted with respect to Rawbought Gift Cards. Items purchased using a Rawbought Gift Card are non-refundable.

If you have lost your Rawbought Gift Card or suspect that someone has copied it, contact Customer Service immediately. 

Rawbought Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen without the purchaser’s confirmation email as proof of purchase. Rawbought Gift Cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly.

Rawbought will not be liable for Rawbought Gift Cards if they have been stolen. Please do not display your Rawbought Gift Card Code online.

You may not use a Rawbought Gift Card to purchase other Rawbought Gift Cards. Rawbought Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law Rawbought Gift Cards are void if they are reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Unused Rawbought Gift Cards may not be transferred.

Any claim or dispute between you and Rawbought that arises in whole or in part from the Sites or the Interactive Services shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Singapore.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term and Rawbought’s failure to assert any right or provision under these terms of use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. It is the express wish of the parties that these terms of use and all related documents be drawn up in English. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, you and Rawbought agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the sites and the interactive services must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.

Ownership and risk of loss of Rawbought Gift Cards pass to the purchaser as soon as we send our confirmation to the recipient. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Rawbought Gift Cards.

Rawbought Gift Cards may be paid for with a valid Stripe, Paypal, VISA, MasterCard or American Express. Atome and other “buy now, pay later” platforms are cannot be used to purchase Rawbought Gift Cards.

Discount codes cannot be applied on orders with purchases of Rawbought Gift Cards.

All orders and successful delivery of Rawbought Gift Cards are subject to the approval of the purchaser’s financial institution. Until the transaction is approved, your Rawbought Gift Card order may be cancelled or delayed.

If the date on which you want a Rawbought Gift Card delivered has passed and the recipient has not received an email confirmation with the Rawbought Gift Card details, please contact customerservice@rawbought.com. Please refer to your order number, or be ready to supply your email address.

We are not responsible for Rawbought Gift Cards that are undeliverable or not received due to your failure to enter an accurate email address for the recipient. Please check to make sure the email address of the recipient is correct and contact customerservice@rawbought.com, if you suspect the recipient did not receive their Rawbought Gift Card.

If you have confirmed the recipient’s email address but the Rawbought Gift Card has not been viewed within a reasonable period after the requested delivery date, the following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:

• Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder.
• The recipient’s firewall blocked the email.
• Email inbox has exceeded its size limit.
• Invalid email address.

If a spam filter is blocking our emails from getting to the recipient’s inbox, the email options/settings of the recipient will need to be modified so that our emails are not considered spam.

If you wish to add a personal message to a Rawbought Gift Card, simply type your message in the message field upon selecting a card design on the page. Personal messages are limited in length to the space provided on the Rawbought Gift Card email. There is no additional charge to include a personalised message. We do not read every gift message, but if we do find inappropriate, offensive or otherwise objectionable messages, we reserve the right to remove them. Thank you for your cooperation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, subject to applicable consumer protection provisions, Rawbought will not be liable for claims or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your purchase of the Rawbought Gift Card including damages arising out of changes to or termination of the Rawbought Gift Card program or as a result of you or your recipient redeeming and/or using the Rawbought Gift Card. This applies to all damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
