Orders & Shipping
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.
We aim to process all orders within 2–3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Your order will reach you within 5 to 7 working days from the day of your purchase, if you are delivering to Singapore.
For international orders, please allow 10 to 14 working days for delivery.
If your order is taking longer than expected or you have any queries, drop us an email with your order number at customerservice@rawbought.com or WhatsApp us at +65 8725 6066, and we will get in touch with you within 1–2 business days.
Once you’ve completed your purchase, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. You will then receive a follow up email once your order has been shipped, including a link that will direct you to the tracking information of your order.
If you need any clarification or support, please drop us an email at customerservice@rawbought.com, and we’ll assist you as soon as possible. While we aim to respond promptly, kindly allow 1–2 business days for a reply.
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, so, unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel orders once they have been placed. Please double-check the information you provide us before you check out.
If you still need to change or cancel your order, we can process it as a return and refund after it has been delivered to us.
We offer a Standard courier service. This service is FREE of charge for all local deliveries within Singapore. Delivery time is 5 –7 working days.
At the moment, we are not offering self-collection for orders. However, it is available by request.
For international orders, please allow 7 – 14 working days for delivery.

As part of our sustainable practices, we only stock small quantities of our items. Please get in touch with us at customerservice@rawbought.com to enquire about the style you wish to purchase, and we will assist you further.
Yes, we offer free international delivery on all orders above $100 SGD.
If your order is below $100, the following shipping rates will apply based on your country:
MALAYSIA - $10 (Estimated 7 Working Days)
HONG KONG - $15 (Estimate 7 Working Days)
TAIWAN - $15 (Estimate 7 Working Days)
INDONESIA - $15 (Estimate 7 Working Days)
THAILAND - $20 (Estimate 7 Working Days)
PHILIPPINES - $20 (Estimate 7 Working Days)
ALL OTHER COUNTRIES - $20 (Estimate 10-14 Working Days)
Please note: We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or hotels, depending on the availability of our courier partners.
Customs duties, import charges, and taxes may apply when your order arrives in your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, please contact your local customs office.
If you are unable to finish your purchase due to technical issues, please get in touch with us at customerservice@rawbought.com with your order details, your device information and a description of the issue you’re facing and we will get in touch as soon as we can to assist you.
All our items are available in a wide range of sizes—from XS to XXXL for adults, and for kids aged 1 to 10 years.
Returns & Exchanges
We really hope you’ll love our sleepwear when you receive them, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy.
To start the process, please fill in the return form with your order and item details so we can review your request. Once submitted, our team will get back to you within 1–2 working days with confirmation and the next steps for your return.
You’ll be able to choose from two return methods in the form:
- Drop-off at PUDO Points – Upon confirmation, we’ll issue you an airway bill to print and attach to your return parcel. Returns typically take 5–7 working days to reach our warehouse.
- In-person return – Please make an appointment with your preferred date and time. The available locations will be listed in the form above. We’re open Monday to Friday, 10 AM–5 PM.
All returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging, with tags still attached.
We do not issue refunds for:
- Sale, discounted, or promotional items
- Underwear, eye masks, headbands, and blankets
- Items from the Outlet section
For regular-priced items (i.e., not discounted, not on sale, and not on promotion), refunds will be issued either as store credits or to your original payment method.
At this time, we are only able to process returns for local (Singapore) orders.
Of course! We’re happy to help you with your exchange.
To get started, please fill in the exchange form with your order and item details so we can review your request. Once submitted, our team will get back to you within 1–2 working days with confirmation and the next steps.
You’ll be able to choose from two exchange methods in the form:
1. Drop-off via PUDO Point – Once confirmed, we’ll issue you an airway bill for your return. Your replacement item(s) will be dispatched once we’ve received the original item(s). The entire process may take up to 14 working days.
2. In-person exchange – Please make an appointment with your preferred date and time, and we will advise you on available locations. Our operating hours are 10 AM–5 PM. Kindly note that we’ll need time to retrieve your exchange item from our warehouse.
For hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchanges for underwear, eye masks, headbands, and blankets.
At this time, we are only able to process exchanges for local (Singapore) orders.
We can process exchanges for different colours and sizes of the same style.
If you’d like to exchange your item(s) for a different style, we’ll process it as a return, and you can place a new order on our website for your preferred style. Please note that the return will be refunded as store credit.
Store Credits
Store credits are a digital form of refund that you can use to make future purchases on our website.
They are issued to your Rawbought account within 3–4 working days after your returned item has been reviewed, and they remain valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
If you need an extension, feel free to reach out to us at customerservice@rawbought.com.
Add your favourite items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Once there, log in to your Rawbought account — you'll see the option to select store credit as your payment method, along with your available balance.
If your order total is less than your store credit, the remaining balance will stay in your account for your future use.
If your order total is more than your store credit, you can top up the difference using other payment methods like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Paypal.
Log in to your Rawbought account, and you’ll find your store credit balance under the ‘Payment’ section in your cart.
Yes — but it depends on the terms of the specific sale or promotion.
As this is handled case by case, please write to us at customerservice@rawbought.com before placing your order, and we’ll be happy to assist you in 1-2 working days.
Gifting & Special Events
Yes, we do! You can add gift wrapping to any order for just $8.90. Simply add the Gift Wrap option to your cart before checkout.
If you’d like to include a personalised message with your order, please write it in the Notes section at checkout. We’ll include it as a handwritten note with your purchase.

Yes, we do! Click here to purchase a gift card for your loved ones.
Choose your preferred amount and include a personalised message. The gift card will be scheduled to be emailed to your recipient on the date you select.
Gift cards can be redeemed only on purchases made on rawbought.com.
We do not offer refunds for the purchase of gift cards. Please click here to read the full terms and conditions.
Currently, you can only purchase one gift card per transaction, and it can be sent to one recipient only.
Miscellaneous
If you want your Rawbought items to last, we recommend that you hand wash your garments in cool water. However, you could also place your garments in a mesh bag and use a washing machine with a mild or regular detergent.
We are not responsible for damage that occurs when the recommended care instructions are not followed.
