We offer a Standard courier service. This service is FREE of charge for all local deliveries within Singapore. Delivery time is 5 –7 working days upon dispatch of the parcels via our delivery partner.

At the moment, we are not offering self-collection for orders. However, it is available by request.

If you are unable to finish your purchase due to technical issues, please get in touch with us at customerservice@rawbought.com with your order details, your device information and a description of the issue you’re facing and we will get in touch as soon as we can to assist you.

All our items come in a wide range of sizes, from XS to XXXL.

We really hope you’ll love our sleepwear as soon as you get them, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with what you have received, we have a 14-day return policy.

Drop us an email at customerservice@rawbought.com within 14 days of receiving your item and we will arrange for a dropoff of the item you wish to return via PUDO Points. Your return parcel will take 5–7 working days to reach our warehouse after dispatch from the dropoff point.

Do note that the pieces must be unwashed, unworn and with original packaging and tags attached.

We do not issue refunds for undamaged sales, discounted or promotional items, underwear, eye masks, headbands and blankets.

We do not issue refunds for items under the Outlet section.

For regular-priced items (i.e. not discounted, not on sale, not on promotion), we can issue refunds as store credits or to your original payment method used.

At this point, we are unable to arrange for a return service on international orders, and can only offer refunds and returns for local (Singapore) orders.

1. Order number
2. Item that you’d like to exchange and the new size/colour that you’d like to exchange it for
3. Photos of item in original condition, unstained, undamaged with original tags still attached.

We will then contact you to arrange a dropoff point and facilitate the exchange via PUDO Point, our designated return method. Your replacement item will be dispatched once we receive the returned product. The entire exchange process may take up to 14 working days days, including processing and packing of your new item.

We do not offer exchanges for underwear, eye masks, headbands and blankets for hygiene reasons.

At this point, we are unable to arrange for a return service on international orders, and can only offer exchanges for local (Singapore) orders.

We can only process exchanges for items for different colours and sizes in the same style.

If you would like to exchange your items for another style, we can process it as a return, and you can place a new order on our website for your preferred style.

Store credits are issued to your account within 3-4 working days after your returned order has been checked. It will expire in 6 months after the date of issue.

If your order total is less than your store credit, the remaining balance will stay in your account for your future use.
