What payment modes do you accept?

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.

How long will my order take to process?

We aim to process your order within the next working day, excluding public holidays and weekends.

When will I receive my order?

Your order will reach you within 2 to 4 working days from the day of your purchase, if you are delivering to Singapore.

For international orders, please allow 10 – 14 days for delivery.

Can I return my order?

We really hope you’ll love our sleepwear, but if for any reason you are not happy with what you receive, don’t worry about it.

Drop us an email at [email protected] within 14 days and we will provide you with a full refund.

Do note that the pieces must be unwashed, unworn and with original packaging and tags attached. We do not provide a refund or return for sales items and underwear. Refunds or returns for local (Singapore) orders only.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, so unfortunately we cannot change or cancel orders once they have been placed. Please double check the information you provide us before you purchase.

How do I keep track of my order?

Once you’ve completed your purchase you’ll receive an email confirming the details of your order. You will then receive a follow up email once your order has been shipped including a link that will direct you to the tracking information.

How do I care for my garment?

If you really want your Rawbought items to last, we recommend that you handwash your garments in cool water. However, you could also place your garments in a mesh bag and use a washing machine with a mild or regular detergent.

We are not responsible for damage that occurs when the recommended care instructions are not followed.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If for some reason I don’t like what I’ve received, can I return it?

Absolutely, because we want you to sleep easy. If you are not completely satisfied with what you have received, or you spotted a defect on your item, we have a 14-days, no questions asked return policy. We offer a one time free returns on us back to our warehouse based on the purchase order number that you had bought your item (s) on.

I’ve placed an order from outside Singapore, can I return it?

For delivery outside of Singapore, do drop us an email at [email protected], along with your purchase order number. Do note that refunds will be issued only for item(s) at retail value.

All shipping costs, duties and taxes, processing and handling fees are non-refundable.

Can I exchange my items for another size or colour?

Of course! Simply drop us an email at [email protected] or WhatsApp us at +65 8725 6066 within 14 days to arrange a return, and place a new order for the size or colour that’s just right for you.

SHIPPING

What are your delivery options in Singapore?

We offer a Standard courier service. This is a FREE of charge service for all local deliveries within Singapore. Delivery time is 2-4 working days upon dispatch of the parcels via delivery partner.

For international orders, please allow 10 – 14 days for delivery. Please see below our flat fee shipping charges.

Customs & Duties

All custom duties, import charges and taxes may be charged when the shipment arrives in your destination country. These charges should be paid by the recipient, please contact your local customs office for current charges.

How do I return an internationally shipped order?

At this point, we are unable to arrange for a return service on international shipments. Hence, shipping costs for international returns will be the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a courier service with tracking so we are able to know where your returns are.

How do I track my parcel?

How do you make refunds for international orders?

A refund will only be issued for item(s) at the retail value paid once the package is delivered back to our distribution center. All shipping costs, duties and taxes, processing and handling fees are non-refundable.
